In addition to the two Örby IS teams, 45 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Örby IS 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås KIK, FORCE Soccer Club and Rödsle BK. Örby IS 1 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Onsala BK 2 with 0-1. In the Final, IF Väster 1 won over Azalea BK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
