In addition to Sunnanå SK, 253 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof Sunnanå SK could be found in Group 62 together with ASD Modica Airone, Lindome GIF and Karlslunds IF FK 1. Sunnanå SK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 62. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Forsa IF with 0-2. In the Final, Barca Academy Dubai won over Vasalunds IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15.
