In addition to ASD Modica Airone, 253 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 63 different groups, whereof ASD Modica Airone could be found in Group 62 together with Sunnanå SK, Lindome GIF and Karlslunds IF FK 1. ASD Modica Airone continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 62. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against BK Olympic with 0-4. In the Final, Imperial Future won over RS Sports and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15.
