Viggbyholms IK FF

Viggbyholms IK FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Viggbyholms IK FF, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Viggbyholms IK FF could be found in Group 27 together with FCNE, Bogliasco FC and Torns IF 2. Viggbyholms IK FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ramlösa Södra IF with 0-5. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Bara GIF Svart and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Viggbyholms comes from Täby which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Täby does also provide 75 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (Among others: Örby IS/Söder United, Stockholm Södra Fotboll, Stureby FF, Ursvik IK, Essinge IK, IK Frej Täby, Djurgårdens IF, Knarrbacken FC, IFK Aspudden-Tellus and IFK Stocksund).
