Bogliasco FC

Bogliasco FC was one of 9 clubs from Italy that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Bogliasco FC, 189 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Bogliasco FC could be found in Group 27 together with FCNE, Viggbyholms IK FF and Torns IF 2. Bogliasco FC continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stars'n Stripes Red with 0-2. In the Final, Throttur, FC 1 won over Bara GIF Svart and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Bogliasco FC comes from Genova which lies approximately 1500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Bogliasco FC, the club Schalke Zero Quarto does also originate from the area around Genova.
