Euro Sports Brasil was one of 17 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Euro Sports Brasil, 179 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof Euro Sports Brasil could be found in Group 2 together with Almada Foot, Hisingsbacka FC and BK Flagg. Euro Sports Brasil continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Eskilsminne IF with 3-5. In the Final, Phoenix Football Academy won over IK Zenith and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Euro Sports Brasil also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/64 Final in B15 Play off B, but lost it against Vänersborgs IF 1 with 2-3. Euro Sports Brasil comes from São Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around São Paulo does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Among others: Monte Libano, Pinheiros, E.C., Esporte Uniao, Sampa Futebol, InterClubes, Ordin FC, Clube Campo Belo, Hipica Campinas, BrazasPHX/Campo Belo and Phoenix Brazas Soccer Club).
