In addition to the three Prep School Lions teams, 135 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Prep School Lions 3 could be found in Group 13 together with IF Warta, F.C. Beirut and Virestad IF Komb. Prep School Lions 3 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Prep School Lions 2 with 0-1. In the Final, Antiguoko won over Coerver Coaching Tunisie and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Prep School Lions also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in B12 Play off A, but lost it against Eimsbütteler TV 2 with 2-3.
