IF Team Hudik

IF Team Hudik was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to IF Team Hudik, 118 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof IF Team Hudik could be found in Group 21 together with Borens IK, FK Fjellhamar and Sävast AIF. IF Team Hudik continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åkersberga BK with 1-2. In the Final, TGK Worcestershire won over Gideonsbergs IF Vit and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Team Hudik comes from Hudiksvall which lies approximately 530 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Hudiksvall does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Iggesunds IK and Näsvikens IK).
