FC Connecticut

In addition to FC Connecticut, 61 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 15 different groups, whereof FC Connecticut could be found in Group 2 together with IL Vestbyen, Villastadens IF and Landvetter IF 1. FC Connecticut continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lyn Fotball with 0-3. In the Final, Lyn Fotball won over Eskilsminne IF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18. FC Connecticut also participated in Girls 18 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in G18 Play off A, but lost it against LB07 with 1-2.
