In addition to IK Zenith, 179 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 44 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group 11 together with CCL Soccer Club, Bordeaux Elite FC and Mantorps FF. IK Zenith made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Phoenix Football Academy with 0-3.
