Västanfors IF

In addition to Västanfors IF, 48 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Västanfors IF could be found in Group 12 together with Lørenskog IF, BK Tinnis, Högsby IK and KFV Segeberg. Västanfors IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hertzöga BK with 1-3. In the Final, IFK Örby won over Smedby AIS and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18.
