In addition to Högsby IK, 48 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Högsby IK could be found in Group 12 together with Lørenskog IF, BK Tinnis, KFV Segeberg and Västanfors IF. Högsby IK continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Boo FF 2 with 0-3. In the Final, IFK Örby won over Smedby AIS and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18. Högsby IK also participated in Girls 18 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/16 Final in G18 Play off B, but lost it against SK Haugar with 1-2.
