BK Tinnis

BK Tinnis was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to BK Tinnis, 48 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof BK Tinnis could be found in Group 12 together with Lørenskog IF, Högsby IK, KFV Segeberg and Västanfors IF. BK Tinnis continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hannover, HSC with 0-3. In the Final, IFK Örby won over Smedby AIS and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18. Tinnis comes from Linköping which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: Svärtinge SK, Stångebro United, Åtvidabergs FF, Mjölby Södra IF, Tallboda IF, Tallboda IF/Vikingstad, Mjölby AI/FF, Linköping Kenty DFF, BK Ljungsbro and BK Derby).
