They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Lizzy Football Club could be found in Group 12 together with FC Preußen Espelkamp, AS Itrane and Lidköpings FK. Lizzy Football Club continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eimsbütteler TV with 1-2. In the Final, Las Vegas Sports Academy won over ED Moratalaz and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. Lizzy Football Club also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2015.
