In addition to the two Viggbyholms teams, 35 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Viggbyholms IK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Floda BoIF, SG Wiking and BK Häcken 2. Viggbyholms IK 1 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Boo IS with 0-4. In the Final, Saltsjö-Boo IF won over KFV Segeberg 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 12.
