Floda BoIF

Floda BoIF was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 12. In addition to Floda BoIF, 36 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Floda BoIF could be found in Group 6 together with SG Wiking, Viggbyholms IK 1 and BK Häcken 2. Floda BoIF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skepplanda BTK with 1-2. In the Final, Askims IK won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12. Floda BoIF comes from Floda which lies approximately 24 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Floda does also provide 71 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: Holmalunds IF, FT14, Lindome GIF, Jitex Mölndal BK, Hisingsbacka FC, Älvängens IK, Mossens BK, Dalen/KFF, Örgryte IS and Näsets SK).
