FC København

FC København was one of 19 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to FC København, 196 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof FC København could be found in Group 37 together with Bollnäs GIF 1, SSAcademy/Jankidevi School and Kareby IS. FC København continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Las Rozas CF with 0-2. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Hammarby IF Vit and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. FC København comes from København which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around København does also provide 30 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: GIF Nike, Fortuna FF, Greve Fodbold, Glumslövs FF, IFK Klagshamn, Vellinge IF, Åkarps IF, Malmö FF, Borgeby FK and Häljarps IF).
