In addition to SC Weyhe e.V., 162 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof SC Weyhe e.V. could be found in Group 35 together with Performance Football Academy, V. Ingelstad IS and Lunden ÖBK. SC Weyhe e.V. continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 35. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Uppåkra IF 1 with 0-5. In the Final, Olympiacos FC won over Chungmu and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12.
