Sundsvalls FF

Sundsvalls FF was one of 419 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Sundsvalls FF, 83 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Sundsvalls FF could be found in Group 8 together with Sarpsborg 08 FF, Älvsjö AIK FF 1 and Tenhults IF. Sundsvalls FF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Phoenix Football Academy with 4-5. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IFK Viksjö and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Sundsvalls comes from Sundsvall which lies approximately 600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sundsvall does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2024 (IFK Timrå, Matfors IF, Selånger SK, Sidsjö-Böle IF, Essviks AIF and GIF Sundsvall).
