Aquamarine 2 

Aquamarine 2 was one of 9 clubs from Lebanon that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Aquamarine 2, 173 other teams from 37 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Aquamarine 2 could be found in Group 21 together with Jonsereds IF, Efthymiades FA and Prep School Pumas 3. Aquamarine 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Surte IS FK with 5-6. In the Final, Footgeneration FA Algarve won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. Aquamarine 2 comes from P.O Box 16 which lies approximately 5700 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around P.O Box 16 does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (F.C. Beirut, Athletico SC, Noujoumi FC, Hoops, O Berytus, Samaya FA and ZFA).
