They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Örebro Syrianska IF could be found in Group 2 together with Altona 93, Antiguoko and SK Vard Haugesund 2. Örebro Syrianska IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Niendorfer TSV with 3-5. In the Final, Antiguoko won over Coerver Coaching Tunisie and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13.
