In addition to Altona 93, 137 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Altona 93 could be found in Group 2 together with Antiguoko, Örebro Syrianska IF and SK Vard Haugesund 2. Altona 93 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against A.S. México with 0-3. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over A.S. México and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Altona 93 also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2016. They reached the 1/32 Final in B12 Play off A, but lost it against Pumas Oro, Monterrey with 0-4.
