Shoot Football Academy

Shoot Football Academy was one of five clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Shoot Football Academy, 129 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 32 different groups, whereof Shoot Football Academy could be found in Group 5 together with Älvsborg FF 2, AS Sillingy and V. Frölunda IF 1. Shoot Football Academy continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Asmara Sport Club with 0-2. In the Final, Prep School Pumas 2 won over Gauldal Fotballklubb and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 11. Shoot Football Academy comes from Singapore which lies approximately 10000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Singapore does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Euro Soccer Academy, LFA Singapore, JSSL Singapore and International SA).
