AS Sillingy

AS Sillingy was one of 22 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to AS Sillingy, 129 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 32 different groups, whereof AS Sillingy could be found in Group 5 together with Älvsborg FF 2, Shoot Football Academy and V. Frölunda IF 1. AS Sillingy continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against AP Top 54 1 with 2-4. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna P06 1 won over Antony Sport Fotball and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 11. AS Sillingy comes from SILLINGY which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
