Habo IF

Habo IF was one of 421 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Habo IF, 118 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Habo IF could be found in Group 27 together with Tallboda IF, Hagaströms SK and TGK Worcestershire. Habo IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against St. Paul Blackhawks 1 with 1-2. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over FC Djursholm and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Habo comes from Habo which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Habo does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2017 (Husqvarna FF, IFK Tidaholm, Tidaholms GIF, IF Hallby, Mullsjö IF, Bankeryds SK, Jönköpings Södra IF and Råslätts SK).
