In addition to Ekerö IK, 137 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Ekerö IK could be found in Group 31 together with TPV/ Tampere, Lokomotiv Sofia and Kungsbacka IF. Ekerö IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK with 0-3. In the Final, Coerver Michigan Performance Academy won over IK Zenith and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Ekerö IK also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/64 Final in B12 Play off B, but lost it against Athletico SC 2 with 1-3.
