In addition to Kungsbacka IF, 137 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Kungsbacka IF could be found in Group 31 together with TPV/ Tampere, Ekerö IK and Lokomotiv Sofia. Kungsbacka IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Zenith with 0-4. In the Final, Coerver Michigan Performance Academy won over IK Zenith and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Kungsbacka IF also participated in Boys 12 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/16 Final in B12 Play off B, but lost it against IFK Klagshamn 2 with 12-13.
