In addition to Lizzy Football Club, 114 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Lizzy Football Club could be found in Group 10 together with F-17 Academy, KF Velebit 1 and Markham School. Lizzy Football Club made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against KFV Segeberg 2, which they won with 5-3. Thereby Lizzy Football Club won the entire Play off A in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2016. Lizzy Football Club also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/8 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against Efthymiades FA with 1-3.
