Jarlabergs IF

Jarlabergs IF was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Jarlabergs IF, 224 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Jarlabergs IF could be found in Group 40 together with European Football Academy, Lyn Fotball and Skara FC. Jarlabergs IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 40. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Strands IF with 4-5. In the Final, Stångebro United won over Sandarna BK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Jarlabergs comes from Nacka which lies approximately 410 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nacka does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: IFK Lidingö FK, Boo FF, Boo IS, Bollstanäs SK, Hammarby IF DFF, Saltsjö-Boo IF, Enskede IK, Årsta FF, Rönninge Salem Fotboll and IF Brommapojkarna).
