Skara FC

Skara FC was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Skara FC, 224 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Skara FC could be found in Group 40 together with European Football Academy, Jarlabergs IF and Lyn Fotball. Skara FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 40. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against ASIOP Apacinti with 0-3. In the Final, ASIOP Apacinti won over IF Elfsborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Skara FC comes from Skara which lies approximately 110 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skara does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Tidaholms GIF, Skultorps IF/Våmbs IF, Skultorps IF, Skövde KIK, IFK Falköping FF, Lidköpings FK, IFK Skövde, Floby IF, IFK Skövde FK and Våmbs IF).
