In addition to IFK Göteborg, 36 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IFK Göteborg could be found in Group 1 together with AIK FF, Gasteizko Neskak Groseko, Älvsborg FF and Dalian Bayi Hope Primary School. IFK Göteborg continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skepplanda BTK with 1-5. In the Final, Askims IK won over Åsa IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12. IFK Göteborg also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/4 Final in G12 Play off B, but lost it against FC Connecticut with 0-3.
