They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Hisingsbacka FC could be found in Group 34 together with Älvsjö AIK FF 1, Lillestrøm SK 2 and Shakti Sports Academy. Hisingsbacka FC continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 34. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Coerver Coaching Tunisie 1 with 0-6. In the Final, Pumas Oro, Monterrey won over Azzurri and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Hisingsbacka FC also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2015.
