Boo IS

Boo IS was one of 468 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Girls 12. In addition to Boo IS, 36 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Boo IS could be found in Group 4 together with Blau-Weiß 96 Schenefeld, OGC Nice and Skepplanda BTK. Boo IS continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Saltsjö-Boo IF with 1-3. In the Final, Saltsjö-Boo IF won over KFV Segeberg 1 and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 12. Boo IS also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Cup 2015. They reached the 1/16 Final in G12 Play off A, but lost it against Sävedalens IF 1 with 2-3. Boo IS comes from Nacka which lies approximately 410 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nacka does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2016 (Among others: IFK Lidingö FK, Boo FF, Bollstanäs SK, Hammarby IF DFF, Saltsjö-Boo IF, Enskede IK, Årsta FF, Rönninge Salem Fotboll, IF Brommapojkarna and Mälarhöjdens IK).
