Kopron Football Team

Kopron Football Team was one of 9 clubs from Italy that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Kopron Football Team, 196 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Kopron Football Team could be found in Group 36 together with Spjutstorps IF, Anderslövs BoIK 1 and BK Häcken 2. Kopron Football Team continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF Vit with 0-2. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Hammarby IF Vit and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Kopron Football Team also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2014. They reached the 1/8 Final in B11 Play off A, but lost it against IK Zenith 1 with 2-3. Kopron Football Team comes from GORGONZOLA which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around GORGONZOLA does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (ACOS Treviglio, Forza e Coraggio, Accademia I.C. and ASD Citta' Di Cologno).
