In addition to SC Victoria, 44 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof SC Victoria could be found in Group 2 together with Lerums IS, Sävedalens IF 1 and Boroughmuir Thistle FC 2. SC Victoria continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FC Connecticut with 1-2. In the Final, FC Connecticut won over Borgeby FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
