In addition to the two Boroughmuir Thistle FC teams, 43 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Boroughmuir Thistle FC 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Lerums IS, Sävedalens IF 1 and SC Victoria. Boroughmuir Thistle FC 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Aars with 1-5. In the Final, FC Connecticut won over Borgeby FK 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 12.
