In addition to Stjarnan, 41 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Stjarnan could be found in Group 8 together with Lekstorps IF, Pierrefond WF and Värmdö IF. Stjarnan continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IF Team Hudik with 0-1. In the Final, Onsala BK won over Boo FF 1 and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 13.
