IFK Mariehamn

IFK Mariehamn was one of 14 clubs from Finland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to IFK Mariehamn, 109 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof IFK Mariehamn could be found in Group 5 together with IBFF, Våmbs IF and Lerkils IF. IFK Mariehamn continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Scandia United SA with 5-6. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over IF Brommapojkarna and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 14. IFK Mariehamn comes from Mariehamn which lies approximately 530 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
