In addition to Entente Sannois Saint Gratien, 187 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 46 different groups, whereof Entente Sannois Saint Gratien could be found in Group 27 together with Harrow School, IK Franke 2 and Borås AIK. Entente Sannois Saint Gratien continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tokyo Verdy with 0-1. In the Final, Tokyo Verdy won over IF FF Hammarby and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16.
