Vasastan BK

Vasastan BK was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Vasastan BK, 134 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Vasastan BK could be found in Group 11 together with Arsenal Soccer School Thailand, Fc Franconville PB and IK Kongahälla. Vasastan BK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hørsholm Usserød Ik with 1-4. In the Final, IF FF Hammarby won over Efthymiades FA and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 11. Vasastan comes from Stockholm which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Stockholm does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Djurgårdens DFF, Hammarby IF, Bollstanäs SK, Ingarö IF, Bällsta FF, Stuvsta IF, Hammarby IF DFF, Enebybergs IF, IFK Lidingö FK and AIK FF).
