Luleå Damfotboll

Luleå Damfotboll was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Luleå Damfotboll, 117 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Luleå Damfotboll could be found in Group 20 together with Sundsvalls DFF, Köpingebro IF, Tyresö FF and Texas Spirit SC. Luleå Damfotboll continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 20. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Pallo-Iirot with 0-2. In the Final, Spjutstorps IF won over Tyresö FF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Luleå Damfotboll comes from Luleå which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Luleå does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Norrsken, FC, Luleå Sportklubb, Sunderby SK, Gammelstads IF and Lira BK).
