V. Ingelstad IS

V. Ingelstad IS was one of 452 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to V. Ingelstad IS, 196 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof V. Ingelstad IS could be found in Group 17 together with Tips Football, Landvetter IS and South Central FC 2. V. Ingelstad IS continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Heath & Regents Park FC with 6-7. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over Hammarby IF Vit and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. V. Ingelstad IS comes from Västra ingelstad which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Västra ingelstad does also provide 37 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2015 (Among others: Lunds BK, GIF Nike, Södra Sandby IF/GoF IF, Anderslövs BoIK, Harlösa IF, IFK Klagshamn, BK Höllviken, Södra Sandby IF, Vellinge IF and Torns IF).
