IF Angered United

IF Angered United was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to IF Angered United, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof IF Angered United could be found in Group 49 together with IFK Eskilstuna 1, Runar, IL and IFK Klagshamn. IF Angered United continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 49. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SK Sprint-Jeløy 1 with 1-5. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 1 won over Senlis, U.S.M. and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Angered United comes from Diamantvägen 13 which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Diamantvägen 13 does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Hertzöga BK, FC Kristinehamn, QBIK, Villastadens IF and Idrottsklubben Carlstad).
