IFK Klagshamn

IFK Klagshamn was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to IFK Klagshamn, 209 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof IFK Klagshamn could be found in Group 49 together with IFK Eskilstuna 1, Runar, IL and IF Angered United. IFK Klagshamn continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 49. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Fjärås with 3-4. In the Final, Landvetter IS won over Leiknir and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. IFK Klagshamn comes from Klagshamn which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Klagshamn does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Among others: LB07, Torns IF, Skanör-Falsterbo IF, Skurups DFF, Uppåkra IF, Genarps IF/Dalby GIF, Staffanstorps GIF, Viridis Skurup FC, IF Lödde and Södra Sandby IF).
