Ljusne AIK

Ljusne AIK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Ljusne AIK, 124 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof Ljusne AIK could be found in Group 10 together with Munka-Ljungby IF, San Francisco Lions and DFK Värmbol. Ljusne AIK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lira BK with 0-8. In the Final, Boo FF won over Lira BK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Ljusne AIK comes from Ljusne which lies approximately 480 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ljusne does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Söderhamns FF and Stugsunds IK).
