Dals Långeds IK

Dals Långeds IK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Dals Långeds IK, 124 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof Dals Långeds IK could be found in Group 22 together with Valur, Kristianopels GOIF and Köpingebro IF. Dals Långeds IK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Sundsvalls DFF with 0-1. In the Final, Boo FF won over Lira BK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Dals Långeds comes from Dals Långed which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dals Långed does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2014 (Eds FF and Melleruds IF).
