Morön BK

Morön BK was one of 420 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Morön BK, 124 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof Morön BK could be found in Group 17 together with Svartbjörnsbyns IF, Hammarby IF DFF 1 and Monifieth Ladies FC. Morön BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Vaksala SK with 2-5. In the Final, LB07 won over Eskilstuna United DFF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Morön comes from Skellefteå which lies approximately 920 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
