IFK Ölme

IFK Ölme was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to IFK Ölme, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof IFK Ölme could be found in Group 2 together with Onsala BK, Bele Barkarby FF and Roanoke Star Elite. IFK Ölme continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gammelstads IF with 2-4. In the Final, Austin Lonestars 98G Morgan won over BK Farum and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. IFK Ölme comes from Kristinehamn which lies approximately 210 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kristinehamn does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (QBIK, Villastadens IF, FBK Karlstad, Norrstrands IF and Skattkärrs IF).
