In addition to Onsala BK, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Onsala BK could be found in Group 2 together with Bele Barkarby FF, IFK Ölme and Roanoke Star Elite. Onsala BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vasalunds IF with 0-5. In the Final, Kvarnsvedens IK won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Onsala BK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/4 Final in G14 Slutspel A, but lost it against Bergdalens IK with 0-1.
