Skanör-Falsterbo IF

Skanör-Falsterbo IF was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Skanör-Falsterbo IF, 111 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Skanör-Falsterbo IF could be found in Group 12 together with Hismais E-Ö, IFK Mariehamn and Waggeryds IK. Skanör-Falsterbo IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tyresö FF with 0-1. In the Final, Kvarnsvedens IK won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Skanör-Falsterbo comes from Skanör which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skanör does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: LB07, Husie IF, BK Höllvikens, GIF Nike, Trelleborgs FF, Staffanstorps GIF, Uppåkra IF, Vellinge IF, IFK Klagshamn/Vellinge IF and BK Höllviken).
